Rosy joined the Law Offices of Carissa Kranz six years ago and has been the most loyal, dedicated, trustworthy warrior. Rosy has worked all aspects of the case from inception to closing and continues to do so. Rosy is an excellent case manager and organizer as she does not like to accept anything less than the policy limits. Rosy is an excellent negotiator with a compassion for results. Rosy meticulously maintains our files, notes and updates our systems accordingly with tremendous detail. She is also an excellent teacher and has assisted the firm’s growth from its inception.
